1. Introduction

ClaudeStore ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

This Policy applies to all users of claudestore.store, our API gateway, dashboard, and related services.

ClaudeStore is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Anthropic, PBC in any official capacity.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is ClaudeStore, operated at claudestore.store. For privacy-related enquiries, contact us via Telegram: t.me/claudestorestore or through claudestore.store/contacts.

3. What Data We Collect

3.1 Data You Provide Directly

  • Account data: email address, username, password (stored in hashed form).
  • Payment data: transaction amounts, payment method type (card or crypto), transaction IDs. We do not store full card numbers — card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support team via Telegram or other channels.

3.2 Data Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: API request logs including timestamps, model used, token counts (input/output/cache/thinking), credit balance changes.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, session duration.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies necessary for authentication and platform operation. See Section 9 for details.

3.3 Referral Data

Referral codes linked to your account, number of referred users, reward amounts accrued and claimed.

3.4 Data We Do NOT Collect

  • The content of your API prompts or responses is not persistently stored by ClaudeStore beyond the time necessary to route your request and return a response.
  • We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health information, biometric data, or government-issued ID numbers, unless explicitly required for identity verification in specific circumstances.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

5. API Requests and AI-Generated Content

5.1. Your API prompts and the responses returned by Claude models are transmitted through our gateway infrastructure solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request.
5.2. We do not store the content of API prompts or responses beyond the duration of the request/response cycle, except where minimal metadata (token counts, model ID, timestamp) is retained for billing and usage analytics.
5.3. We do not use your API request content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model.
5.4. Requests are routed to Anthropic's infrastructure. Anthropic's own data processing terms apply to the processing of requests by their models. We recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

6. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

We engage third-party processors to support platform operations, including:

  • Payment processors (for card and cryptocurrency payments) — bound by PCI-DSS and applicable data protection requirements;
  • Heleket — cryptocurrency payment and Solana USDT reward distribution processor;
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and data storage;
  • Analytics tools — for aggregate, anonymised usage analysis.

All processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

6.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the safety of users.

6.3 Business Transfer

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

6.4 With Your Consent

We may share your data for other purposes with your explicit prior consent.

7. International Data Transfers

ClaudeStore operates globally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.

Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Upon account deletion, we will anonymise or delete your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from using the Platform.

10. Security

10.1. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage, access controls, and regular security reviews.
10.2. API keys are displayed only once upon creation and are stored in hashed form. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure.
10.3. Despite our efforts, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
10.4. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • Right to restriction — request that we limit processing of your data;
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Telegram support or claudestore.store/contacts. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

12. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered an account, we will promptly delete their data and close the account.

13. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. Anthropic documentation, GitHub, Telegram). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will be posted at claudestore.store/privacy with a new effective date. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
