This document is a public offer (the «Offer») made by an individual operating the website claudestore.store (the «Operator») and addressed to any capable adult (the «Buyer») wishing to purchase prepaid credits granting access to the Claude API gateway (the «Service»).
1. Acceptance of the Offer
Acceptance of this Offer is performed by the Buyer through the following cumulative actions:
- ticking the consent checkbox in the «Confirm purchase» dialog displayed before redirection to the payment provider;
- clicking the «Continue» button in the same dialog;
- completing the payment on the page of the payment provider.
Acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Operator on the terms set out in this Offer, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
2. Subject Matter
The Operator undertakes to provide the Buyer with prepaid credits redeemable against requests sent to the Claude API gateway. The Buyer undertakes to pay the price displayed on the relevant pricing page at the moment of order placement.
3. Payment Provider
Payments are processed through DigiSeller (oplata.info) as the primary international payment intermediary. The Operator does not store and does not have access to card numbers, CVV, or full bank details. Crypto payments (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC) are processed through the same provider.
For purchases denominated in Russian Roubles, an alternative provider (Tribute) may be used. Where applicable, additional information is displayed on the relevant pricing page.
4. Delivery
Credits are delivered automatically and credited to the Buyer's account balance once the payment provider confirms successful payment. Typical delivery time is from a few seconds up to 30 minutes; in rare cases manual review by the Operator may extend this period.
No subscriptions, no recurring billing. Credits do not expire.
5. Usage Model
- Credits are debited per request based on token usage (input + output).
- API keys do not have a fixed monthly cap; the only limit is the remaining credit balance on the Buyer's account.
- Once the balance reaches zero, requests authenticated with the Buyer's key are rejected with an «insufficient balance» error.
6. Price & Currency
The price of each credit package is displayed on the public pricing pages and confirmed on the payment provider page before payment. The Operator may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid.
7. Refunds
Refund conditions are set out in the dedicated Refund Policy. In summary, credits are digital goods and are non-refundable once activated; partial refunds of unused balance may be granted only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Operator.
8. Liability
The Operator's liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. The Service is provided on an «as is» basis. Anthropic, as the upstream provider, may modify or remove models without prior notice.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations via Telegram @claudestorestore. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction at the Buyer's place of residence, in accordance with the local consumer protection rules.
10. Validity of the Offer
This Offer is valid for an indefinite period from the date of its publication on claudestore.store. The Operator may amend the Offer at any time; the version applicable to a given order is the version published at the moment of acceptance, identified by the document version stated at the top of this page.
